How do I place the order?

To pay for your order on www.Zsfoqq.com, follow the steps below:
1) Add the hair to the cart
2) Go to the cart and Click “check out”button
3) Fill in your email and shipping information
4) Choose the payment method to complete the payment
How do I use the coupon?
when you pay for your order, you can apply the code you have. But please noted that you can only use one code for each order.
Is this Free Shipping?
Free shipping to the US, CA, FR and other 20 countries. But for some remote area, the express company may charge Remote Area Fee. If you need to pay for the shipping fees, it will be shown on the payment page or our colleague will contact you.
What type of payment do you accept?
We support PayPal, Klarna, ZIP and Credit Card: Visa Card, Master Card, and American Express and so on.
Is the hair human hair?
Yes, we have sold hair on our website for many years, we only sell 100% human hair. We guarantee it's 100% human hair, please don't worry.
Can I ask for Small or Larger cap size?
For all wigs, our cap size is the same medium 22.5 inches, if you need a different cap size, we can customize it for you. You can contact us through email: service@Zsfoqq.com before you place the order. Or you can place the order on our website directly and makes notes about your cap size, our colleague will contact you.
Is the hair pre-plucked or pre-bleached?
Our wigs are pre-plucked, but we don't do much on them, some customers think it's enough, and some customers will do some extra pluck after receiving it.
Can the hair be dyed/ bleached?
Our hair is 100% human hair and it can be dyed or bleached well in a professional way. We do suggest getting a professional opinion by an experienced colorist and having your hairdresser dye the hair as you will get the results you want. We would advise for a one clip weft to be tested prior to coloring or restyling the full set to make sure the resulting shade is what you anticipate.
Note: Any dyeing and bleaching is done at the customer's own discretion and we cannot be held accountable if the results do not come out as intended.

How long will my hair be shipped after I place an order?
Standard processing time is between 1-5 business days. After the hair is shipped out, the shipping time usually needs about 5-7 business days if everything goes well in the shipping way. But If it has bad weather, flights delayed and other uncontrollable factors in the shipping way, it may be a little delayed.

How do I cancel my order?
Before the package is shipped out, we can help you cancel the order. If you want to cancel it, please contact service@Zsfoqq.com ASAP. Please note that we have no way to cancel the order if the package has been shipped out.
How can I change the order information or shipping information ?
If you place wrong order or need to change the shipping address, please contact our customer service at service@Zsfoqq.com for help! Our colleague will help you.
How can I track my package?
When your package is shipped out, you will receive shipping confirmation email and then you can take your order number to check your shipping status.

What is your return & exchange policy?
We have a 30-day policy of return and replacement for no reason. After receiving the package, if are not satisfied with the hair and want to return or replace the package, please contact service@Zsfoqq.com and we will tell you how to do it. Can I ask for signature service or delivery service without signature?
Many courier companies usually have contactless delivery. If you are worried the package was lost, you can contact the local express customer service to schedule with them to deliver your package at your available time. We don’t recommend service without signature, after you applied this service, if the package is lost or stolen, the express company does not take any responsibility.
Can I refuse to accept the package?
We do not accept the refusal without any reasons. If you refuse to sign the package and lead to the return, the refund will not be provided. We suggest picking up the package first and we can help you return if you don’t need the hair.
